Accessibility Statement
Abora Travel | Diania Pimenta | Last Updated: June 20, 2026
Our Commitment
Abora Travel is committed to working, on an ongoing and good-faith basis, to make aboraluxurytravel.com (the "Site") accessible and usable to as many visitors as reasonably practicable, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the accessibility and usability of the Site in alignment with recognized accessibility standards. This Accessibility Statement describes our ongoing efforts. It is provided for informational purposes only, does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or contractual commitment of any kind, and is not an admission that any law applies to the Site or that the Site fails to comply with any legal requirement.
Standards We Aim to Meet
As a voluntary goal, and as one tool among others, we aim to align the Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The WCAG are privately developed technical guidelines. They are referenced here only as a goal that guides our efforts; they are not incorporated as a binding legal standard, and our reference to them is not an agreement or representation that the Site conforms, or will conform, to any particular version or level of those guidelines. These guidelines address accessibility for people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Current Conformance Status
Abora Travel is working toward the WCAG 2.1 Level AA goal described above but does not represent or warrant that the Site currently conforms, or will at any time conform, to that or any other standard. The Site is built on the Durable platform, and its accessibility features are subject to, and constrained by, that platform's capabilities, which are outside Abora Travel's control. We continue to review and improve accessible design as tools and platform features evolve. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and portions of the Site may not yet be fully accessible at any given time.
Known Limitations
Some third-party content, embedded tools, plug-ins, booking engines, or external supplier links on the Site may not fully meet accessibility standards. Abora Travel does not create, control, or monitor the accessibility of third-party platforms, content, or websites, and assumes no responsibility or liability for them. Any concern regarding third-party content should be directed to the applicable third party.
Accessibility Features We Provide
We aim to provide: text alternatives for non-text content; sufficient color contrast; keyboard navigability for interactive elements; clear page headings and logical content structure; and descriptive link text.
